This little spot where the primulas grow gets sun only in the spring, before the giant maple trees leaf out. Once the blooms are done, the epimedium, ferns and hostas will grow up around and the primulas will almost be forgotten.
The small foliage on your primroses looks like a juliana, but I've never seen a white juliana... but we don't get to see much of a variety of primulas here in the states. Don

I love primroses!!! I didn't plant any this year)-: I will have to get them next year again they are so cheerful!!!!
